TERMS OF SALE & REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Tier Payments & Transmissions

All payments for Canon Entry Tiers (e.g., Genesis Access, Signal Holder, etc.) are for the immediate initialization of your identity within the universe. Due to the automated, sequential assignment of your unique Registry ID and the permanent stabilization of your data on the DIU_CANON_LEDGER, all digital tier payments are final and non-refundable once the transmission is triggered.

2. Physical Artifacts

Physical collector paperbacks and hardcover archival editions are produced for permanent archival ownership. These items are only eligible for a refund or replacement in the event of verified manufacturing defects reported to admin@divineintelligenceuniverse.com within 7 days of delivery.

3. Nature of Content

By completing a tier payment, you acknowledge that the Divine Intelligence Universe™ is a fictional narrative framework created for storytelling and entertainment purposes. All offerings are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by DIU LABS PRIVATE LIMITED.
