SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. DIGITAL TRANSMISSIONS (Tiers & Digital Books)
• Fulfillment Type: Instant Digital Delivery.
• Process: Upon successful payment, your Registry ID is automatically assigned via the DIU_CANON_LEDGER.
• Transmission: An official PDF Invoice and your access credentials will be transmitted to your registered email address immediately after the transaction is stabilized.
2. PHYSICAL ARTIFACTS (Books & Merch)
• Production Model: We utilize a global network of on-demand archival fulfillment partners to produce and dispatch physical artifacts.
• Processing Window: Please allow 3–5 business days for the initialization of your order and production queue stabilization.
• Estimated Delivery:
• Domestic (India): 7–10 business days post-dispatch.
• International: 14–21 business days depending on regional logistics and archival alignment.
• Tracking: A tracking signal will be transmitted to your email once the artifact has been dispatched from our partner's facility.
3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
• Recipient Responsibility: For international deliveries, the recipient is the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
• Charges: Any additional fees for customs clearance, import duties, or local taxes must be borne by the recipient; DIU LABS PRIVATE LIMITED has no control over these charges.
4. UNDELIVERABLE & RETURNED SHIPMENTS
• If an artifact is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the user or failed delivery attempts, the user will be responsible for re-shipping costs to re-initialize the transmission.
